Just little over a month ago in Paphos on the sunny isle of Cyprus a wedding took place with the small but important involvement of the Seventy Seven Diamonds team.
Miss Amy Gray flew out to Cyprus with her fiancé Paul Keir and 25 of their closest family and friends before flying back to England as Mr and Mrs Keir. A few months previously Amy had contacted Seventy Seven Diamonds with the task of creating wedding bands for their special day.
There were two requirements – a male wedding band incorporating two diamonds to represent the lovely couple, and the female wedding band to match the unique split band design of her engagement ring.
Keeping the brief in mind Seventy Seven Diamonds formed a cast of metal based on the contours of Amy’s engagement ring in order to produce her matching wedding band, and Paul’s request of a 6mm wide wedding band was set with two Round Brilliant diamonds and a small groove detail that crosses the entire circumference of the band.
Following a wonderful ceremony on the Sea Star Yacht in Paphos Harbour, the newly married couple were finally united with their bespoke wedding bands. Speaking to the newlywed Mrs Keir, Amy afterwards said “77 Diamonds helped towards making our day extra special, we adore our rings, it’s nice to have rings made, it’s such a nice personal touch.”
Like the perfectly planned and designed wedding bands, Amy and Paul’s wedding was equally as impressive. The story of a wedding begins with a diamond, the story of Amy and Paul’s wedding ended with a very happy couple and FIREWORKS!
